1. City Gates
-The city gates lie open as the constant traffic of soldiers and refugees flows in and out, in a seemingly constant flow. The gates are manned from above by a skilled group of crossbowmen, and sentries ward the gate, armed with swords, shields and halberds. The Northern Gates are unmanned, but barred. There is a causeway to the north of the city that is a serviceable route across the river, and could be used to access the northern gate, should it be opened. The southern gates are now largely open, with the south-eastern edge of the walls lying open, with a large hobgoblin encampment lying just outside.

ReplyDeletePerhaps we should look at recruiting Axenhaft, they seem to have at least some competence in dealling with the Hobgoblins. There is also that Smity nearby. I believe they make weapons for your kind. Therre might be some weapons leftover that we can use for the army. That Gentlemen Club sounds like a good place to hunt for other survivors too. If leaders of the local guild were there surely it would not easily be overrun. ((Map points 3+4+9 respectively))
